INSTALLATION
Fastening method for repairing the hole (leakage) part

Mark half the coupling width on the pipe on either side of the leak.

Install the repair clamp beside the leak and the tighten the bolts just until the gasket is touching the pipe.

Then quickly slide the clamp over the leak between the two marks and continue to torque the bolts..

Install the casing around the gasket making sure that all of the gasket is within the edges of the casing.

⑤

Tighten each bolt by turning the torque wrench several times, alternating between bolts.

⑥

Continue torquing the bolts until the torque value has been reached. When one bolt reaches the required value move to the next bolt until the proper value is also reached.
